Pricing
Work starts from £120, depending on what’s needed.
Simpler tasks like content updates or plugin installations sit at the lower end. More involved work – hosting migrations, design changes, technical troubleshooting – is priced based on scope. Either way, you’ll always get a clear quote before anything starts. No surprises, no hidden costs.
To secure your spot, payment is taken upfront once we’ve agreed on the work.

What if my job is urgent?
Get in touch and let me know. I’ll do my best to fit you in sooner, though rush jobs may carry a small additional fee.
What information do you need from me?
A description of what needs doing, and access to your WordPress admin – I’ll walk you through how to set that up. Technical or hosting work may need some extra access.
Do you write content or design from scratch?
I handle the WordPress side of things. If you need copywriting or graphic design, you’ll need to bring that with you. I’m happy to point you towards people who can help.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than expected?
I’ll always flag it up before doing anything extra. You’ll get an updated quote and the chance to decide how you’d like to proceed.
What happens if something goes wrong?
I take backups before touching anything, and I test everything thoroughly. In the unlikely event something goes sideways, I’ll sort it at no extra cost.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance plans?
Yes, you can find the details here. WordPress Sorted is designed for one-off tasks; if you’d like regular support, that’s a separate service.

WordPress Sorted Terms & Conditions
Effective from June 2026
Requests for website work, including content updates can be sent via email or by filling out the enquiry form on this page.
Once a fee has been agreed, this is payable up front BEFORE the work is scheduled. The minimum fee payable is £120.
If the agreed fee is NOT PAID before the work is scheduled, no work will take place. A new time slot will need to be agreed AND payment made.
If you need to reschedule when I will be working on your website, please let me know via email as soon as possible. We can then arrange a new time slot for the work to be completed.
