All plans are subject to a minimum 3-month agreement, with a review every 3 months to make sure you’re on the right plan.

How do I pay for my support plan?

Once we’ve decided on the support plan you need, set-up a monthly standing order for the agreed cost. This is payable in advance on the first day of the month. I will send you a receipt for your records. All plans are subject to a 3-month minimum agreement. We review the plan every 3 months to make sure you are getting the right level of support.

What access do you need to my website?

I will need administrator access to the back end of your website. I will send you instructions for setting this up.

What if my website isn’t built using WordPress? Are you able to help me maintain it?

I’m afraid I am only able to provide website support for sites using WordPress. If your site uses another platform, I may be able to you to recommend someone who can help.
