All plans are subject to a minimum 3-month agreement, with a review every 3 months to make sure you’re on the right plan.

I review all websites before agreeing to manage them. There may be times when I may decline to take a site on. For example, I prefer not to provide support for e-commerce sites.

How do I pay for my support plan?

Once we’ve decided on your ideal support plan, you should set-up a standing order for the agreed monthly fee. This is payable in advance on the first day of the month. I will send you a receipt for your records.

How long do plans last?

For as long as you need them too! All plans are subject to a 3-month minimum agreement. We review you plan every 3 months to make sure you are getting the right level of support.

What if I want to cancel?

After the minimum 3-month term, you need to give one month’s notice to end a WordPress support plan.

Can I get a refund on a WordPress support plan?

No, I don’t offer refunds on support plans. Once we’ve signed a support agreement and work has begun, there will be no refunds.

Can I switch between packages?

Absolutely! I will review your plan with you every 3 months to make sure you are getting the right level of support. And switching things up or down is fine.

How often will you check my site?

I check your website daily during the week, allowing me to make updates promptly. I also get alerts via security plugins delivered to my inbox, so I can react to any immediate issues.

What access do you need to my website?

I will need administrator access to the back end of your website. I will send you instructions for setting this up.

There’s an issue with my site! What do I do?

Send me an email with details of what is wrong, and I will get to work sorting the issue out.

I need more help than my plan allows for this month. What should I do?

Drop me an email and let me know what extra work you need help with. We can then agree a fee and get the work scheduled.

What if my website doesn’t use WordPress? Are you able to help me maintain it?

I am only able to provide website support for sites using WordPress. If your site uses another platform, I may be able to recommend someone who can help.
