I’m going to be open with you because you deserve to know how much my services cost.
The cost of creating a WordPress website varies depending on the complexity of the site. Every customer I work with has different needs, and I reflect that in how I price projects.
Below, I have listed typical investment costs for the types of website project I work on, plus the cost of my 1:1 support services.
What about payment terms?
I request 50% of the agreed project fee up-front before work starts on your website. A further installment of 30% is due at the build stage. The final 20% is payable before the website goes live.
Fees for support services, including website untangling and health checks are payable up-front.
WordPress website design & development
From £2,200 for website refresh (amendments to an existing WordPress site)
From £3,000 for a new build (starting from scratch with WordPress)
Other associated costs (client responsibility)
- Domain name
- Website hosting
- Fees for third-party functionality needed to support your website. For example, scheduling software, event management, and payment services.
- Extra services, such as copywriting, specialist SEO work, photography, and marketing
Website support
From £70 a month for basic updates & monitoring, plus an annual security review. Subject to a minimum 3-month contract.

A 60 minute call over Zoom to untangle WordPress website-related issues – £150
WordPress website health check
A comprehensive analysis of your website, detailed report, and an online review call – £200
